WHAT TO EXPECT

We can meet up for your sessions wherever you are in the world.

  • In-person if you’re in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. - or elsewhere, if I’m visiting your part of the world.

  • Face-to-face via video call - The usual suspects: Zoom, Skype, Messenger. Using the PSYCH-K® surrogation process, I become a stand-in for part of the session and you do the actual balances.

  • Distance sessions are an option when you can't actually be present in person at all. If you live in a different time zone - be it state, country, or continent, or have other time restraints. Or if you have health issues preventing you from being able to show up in person. In which case, I surrogate for you and do the muscle testing and balances.

    Surrogation. What is that? It’s where I become a stand-in for you, allowing me to work on your behalf.

Getting prepared for your PSYCH-K® sessions

Before your session

If you haven't already, I recommend you watch "The Psychology of Change" video where Rob Williams, the originator of PSYCH-K® explains the process and demonstrates a balance. It’s roughly 1 hour long and gives you an idea about how the process works so that your session time is spent focusing on YOUR goals.

If you can, make time to watch "The Biology of Belief" first. Bruce Lipton Ph.D. - a stem cell biologist explains in a little over an hour, how our health has more to do with our beliefs than genetics. It’s well worth the time. Trust me!!

Rob Williams Video Series are each around 5-11 minutes long. Perfect bite-sized introductions to the PSYCH-K® process.

Let’s arrange to have a chat or discovery call so you can tell me what it is that’s challenging for you.

Then please complete and send me the Intake Form before your session. What are your top 3 priority areas or situations you’d like to work on? (If the link doesn’t appear try the get in touch and let me know via email and I’ll send you the questions.)

Get it off your chest here - so that our time together is spent productively creating and balancing the goal statements that support what you DO want in your life rather than getting lost in the details of why you don’t have … whatever it is that you DON’T want.

Whatever your top priority goal is at the time of your session is what we will work on balancing.

Muscle testing, aka kinesiology, is used to identify any limiting, outdated beliefs your subconscious has programmed around that issue that’s holding you back.

I’ll guide you to creating a supportive goal statement that overwrites the limiting one your subconscious mind currently holds to be true around the situation. The actual balance takes a few minutes. Again, muscle testing is used for your higher self to choose which one. We will create an action step for you, nothing too involved, or complicated. Just something to engage your conscious mind. PSYCH-K® creates the potential, you create the results by taking action.

Time permitting we may cover more areas you are wanting to work on.

Your session notes will be emailed to you within a few days.

As you look over them, and I recommend you do from time to time, subtle as well as profound shifts and changes will become apparent. Be aware of what shows up for you. Often a shift is noticeable immediately - during or shortly after a session, sometimes it may take a few hours, days, or weeks to fully process.

Notice what has changed. Are you responding differently? Do you notice people acting differently towards you?

After about a week I will follow up with you to see how you're doing and answer any questions you may have. If that's not soon enough give me a call 214.499.2783, or drop me an email.

It depends on how many goals you have. Generally, we work on one goal per single session. Sometimes more than one goal can be balanced, it’s impossible to know ahead of time.

During or soon after your initial session, you may discover more areas you’d like to work on. In which case, you are welcome to apply the cost of the intro session to one of the packages. Or pay for additional time pro-rated.

If you know you are ready to delve deeper and purge so to speak then one of the packages is the way to go at the onset.

Ultimately it’s up to you how far you want to go.

BREAK THE ICE
Single 90-minute session

If you’re wanting to dip your toes in before committing to a package, then this is a good starting point to give you a feel for how the process works. And to release stress and anxiety around your top priority goal.

IT’S COMPLICATED

3 session package 3 X 90-minute sessions total of 4½ hours.

When you have multiple goals you’d like to work on, or one that has many facets then a 3-session package is recommended.

I KNOW THERE’S MORE…

6 session package Total 9 hours.
The time can be broken down into whatever blocks of time suit you best.

A six-session package is where you have the potential to change beliefs and perceptions in multiple areas of your life.

After your session

So that, the time we have together is spent transforming what you don’t want into what you do want
Rather than repeat repeat repeating what you don’t want.

I realize I’m harping on a bit but it brings to mind a particular client I remember, who went into great detail about his situation on our initial call, which is fine, that’s what the call is all about - I took plenty of notes. He wrote it all out on his Intake Form too.
At the time of his session, I asked him “so, what is your priority to work on today?” ……. You get the picture.
Needless to say, we didn’t do much actual balancing.
